Terms of Service

  • •Accepting USD through Stripe. I will send an invoice and start once I receive the full payment upfront.

  • •Invoices must be paid within 48 hours or your commission will be canceled.

  • •I will not refund the payment once I have started on the artwork. However, refunds can be arranged if I have not started. Please let me know immediately if you want a refund.

  • •I will send you a wip (work in progress) to look over for any changes/errors three times (a wip will be sent after the initial sketch, after the lineart and base colors are sent, and finally after I send you the fully colored artwork). I will not make any major changes once you accept, and I send the completed finalized artwork.

  • •These are for personal and/or private use only. Therefore, commissioners do not have the right sell the art in any way, shape, or form like merchandise or nfts.

  • •Please credit me, Kenopsiae, if you want to upload the artwork to any site (such as tumblr, instagram, twitter, & etc) or use it as icons, banners, and etc.

  • •Do not claim, edit, or reference any of my art for any purpose whatsoever. I do not allow reposts on any other site (such as tumblr, instagram, twitter, & etc) unless you commissioned the artwork yourself.

  • •I reserve the right to decline any requests that do not comply with any of my terms of service, or if I cannot complete by the given deadline. I will inform you if this is the case.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES

  • •Please give me clear reference images and make sure you have any important details clearly stated about your character.

  • •All artwork by me will be in digital format and as such there will not be any physical items shipped.

  • •I will not be held responsible for hosting the full resolution artwork indefinitely once I have sent you the completed artwork. Please save the artwork to your computer or personal storage device!

  • •All my terms of service and important notes will be stated again in the invoice as a reminder.
